Kenneth R. Satterlee
Chief Executive Officer/President
Mr. Satterlee graduated from San Diego State University in 1976 with a BA Degree in Social Science and an MA Degree in Secondary Education. He began his career in commercial real estate in 1977 with Coldwell Banker brokerage services (now CB Richard Ellis). In 1980, Ken moved to Burnham Real Estate (now Cushman & Wakefield) where he became a significant owner of the company while building a highly successful brokerage practice. After 25 years with Burnham, he sold his interest in the firm and focused his full attention on his development and investment firm, St. Croix Capital Corporation, which he founded in 1982. St. Croix Capital Corporation is a fully-integrated real estate company and a full service provider of development, investment, construction management and asset management acquisitions.

Mark Emerick
Executive Vice President
President-Kelly Trade Ventures, LLC
Mr. Emerick graduated in 1989 from the University of California, Berkeley with a BA degree in Economics. Mr. Emerick has 17 years of experience in commercial real estate as a top Industrial Specialist, Top Ten Producer and a partner for ten years with Grubb and Ellis. He is currently the President of Kelly Trade Ventures, a subsidiary of St. Croix Capital Corporation. In the past 18 months with Kelly Trade Ventures, Mr. Emerick has overseen the acquisition, financing and management of over 600,000 square feet of industrial and R&D/Flex space in four properties located in Austin, TX and is also developing over 350,000 square feet of industrial and office space in two other projects in Austin in partnership with Mr. Satterlee.
Mark lives in Rancho Santa Fe, California with his wife of 10 years Christina and their daughters Olivia and Reese . |

Phil Dowley
President, Soledad Development Group
Mr. Dowley is CFO of St. Croix Capital Corporation, overseeing the finances of all the various entities and project included under that umbrella. In addition to his CFO responsibilities, with, Phil runs St. Croix Capital Corp partner company Soledad Development Group, making investments in both existing and ground up development office and industrial projects in southern California, southern Nevada and New Mexico in partnership with Mr. Satterlee. Together with Ken, Phil has acquired, developed, managed and/or sold over $50 million of properties over the past five years. The also co-own and operate Delta Utility Solutions, a utility sub meter contractor operating throughout the U.S.
Phil received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and began his career with Ernst & Young, where he earned his CPA, and Kenneth Leventhal & Co. where he gained extensive experience in real estate project financing. He subsequently served as CFO of residential developer Brennan-Katkov Development, overseeing development of several thousand single and multi-family units in projects valued at over $200 million.
Phil resides in La Jolla with his wife of 26 years, Linda, and their three children. In his spare time, Phil is an avid amateur photographer. |

Candace C. Satterlee
Vice President Finance & Marketing
Mrs. Satterlee is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a BS in Business Administration. Candy has an extensive background in asset management, finance, administration, human resources, brokerage and marketing. She currently oversees the office management, finance and marketing of St. Croix Capital Corporation and Kelly Trade Ventures.
Candy began her career in San Diego with Colorado/Pacific Construction Company, The Koll Company and John Burnham and Company where she achieved Top Five Producer and Rookie of the Year in commercial brokerage. She resides in La Jolla, California with her husband of 24 years, Ken and their four children, Daniel, Casey, Kenny and Kelly. Candy enjoys, gardening, golf, horses, baseball and as much family time as possible. |

Kay L. Taylor
Executive Vice President
General Counsel
Ms. Taylor received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin in 1979, and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law in 1982. Kay began her legal career as an attorney with Small, Craig & Werkenthin in Austin, Texas, and prior to joining St. Croix, spent 17 years as a real estate attorney with Clark, Thomas & Winters, serving as the head of the real estate section of the firm for many of those years. In January of 2008, Kay joined St. Croix as general counsel of the company.
In her over 25 years as a real estate attorney, Kay has handled the legal aspects of a diverse mix of real estate projects, including apartment, hotel, industrial, manufacturing, medical, mixed-use, municipal, nursing home, office, resort, restaurant and retail. Since joining St. Croix, she has represented St. Croix in its role as a seller, purchaser, investor, borrower, owner, developer and landlord.
Kay lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, Charlie Singletary and their two dachshunds, who take up all her time for other hobbies. |

James J. Jacob
Executive Vice President
Managing Director-Development Services
Currently, Mr. Jacob oversees and manages the Due Diligence, including zoning, environmental and geotechnical issues for St. Croix Capital Corporation. Upon acquisition he handles the Entitlement, Engineering and Design process along with budgeting for projects to move forward. He is responsible for the master scheduling for all projects from inception to completion.
He spent ten years specializing in sales and leasing of industrial, retail and office properties, including land sales for CB Richard Ellis. He has also spent the last 13 years as a Development/Construction Manager. Prior to this, Mr. Jacob spent 6 years in residential and commercial construction and remodeling for the Chart House Corporation/West Coast, VanSickle Designer/Builder and T.J. O’Leary Construction Company, and was a founding partner in Bearing Construction Co., a commercial construction company, in 1998.
Mr. Jacob is married to Cindy, with two daughters Michelle and Jaime and lives in Encinitas, California. His hobbies include golf, fishing, running and bike riding. Mr. Jacob holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University. |

Richard S. Landreth

Managing Director of Construction Services
Mr. Landreth is a graduate of Southern California Institute of Architecture. Rich has an extensive background in all phases of construction development and management. A California licensed general contractor with additional classifications, Rich oversees the entire collection of development projects for St. Croix Capital Corporation.
Mr. Landreth began his career with the Koll Company, Collins Development, and as a residential developer of high end projects up and down the southern California coastline. He has received the very prestigious “House of the Year” award, been a past Board of Director with the Building Industry Association, and has an extensive background in sub-terraneum, post tension, and structural disciplines.Rich’s diversity and depth of knowledge in all aspects of construction and development varies from a small commercial “facelift” to a 2000 acre master planned community; planned, mapped, and built in Oceanside, California. His consummate knowledge of lien laws and loan procedures, as well as governmental tracking and interaction of complicated processing make him extremely effective in the development field.
He resides in Carlsbad, California with his wife of 25 years, Leslie, and their four children, Riley, Gaven, Tyler, and Dane. Rich enjoys being involved in the Orthopedic Foundation at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, California, is an active member of the Lomas Santa Fe Country Club, and is an avid age-group triathlete. |

Cindy Jacob
President-St. Croix Capital Management Group
Currently, Cindy Jacob oversees and manages the commercial real estate assets for St. Croix Capital Corporation. She is involved in the due diligence process and, upon acquisition or development, she handles all aspects of management including construction management of improvements for new and existing tenants. In addition, Cindy serves as President and Board Member of Association on behalf of St. Croix Capital.
Mrs. Jacob has 23 years of experience in the field with notable firms such as The Koll Company, CB Richard Ellis, The Shidler Group, The Courson Company, Nevins Lewbel and currently with St. Croix Capital Corporation. She has managed over 5 million square feet of office, industrial, R & D, Biomed and mixed use commercial projects.
Mrs. Jacob is married to Jim, and has two daughters Michelle and Jaime and lives in Encinitas, California. Her hobbies include golf, tennis and horse back riding. |

Stephanie Schaefer
Assistant Vice President
Director Central Texas Region
Ms. Schaefer recently moved from San Diego, California to Austin, Texas to supervise all aspects of St. Croix Capital Corporation's operations in the Austin and Dallas markets. As Assistant VP/Director of the Central Texas Region, Stephanie oversees close to 2.8 Million SF of proposed and existing projects for St. Croix Capital Corp. and it's affiliate company, Kelly Trade Ventures. She has 9 years experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, specializing in the sales and leasing of office, industrial and retail product. Stephanie is a graduate of UCLA and has a son in middle school. She enjoys running, water sports, wine tasting and...making deals! Current affiliations include; Austin Chamber of Commerce, Round Rock Chamber of Commerce, Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).
